How It Began
I was a single dad doing my best to raise a little girl who meant the world to me. It was tough enough to manage ever aspect of parenting even with the help of my mom (love her!) but still at the end of the day the struggles of being a single parent fall on your shoulders and often times no one can relieve your stresses late at night.
After a long day running around and being a kid and getting dirty it was a necessity to give her a bath for two reasons, she needed it and second, I was able to place her safely in a bath tub while she splashed around for a bit as I sat next to her on the floor and caught my breath.
The problem, getting her to come out of the bath without crying for hours became another challenge. It was getting late and I couldn't spend all night calming her down.
So there it was, the idea ... I needed a way to have her want to get out of the bath tub on her own because what was waiting for her in my hand was just as fun and just like that Presh Buddies was born.
Adorable, cute animal themed bath or pool towels that can be used several times without causing her skin irritation or stinking up the bathroom if I used it for a few days in a row. It also had to dry her completely so she didn't get into her PJ's while still a bit wet.
Kids will be kids
Kids keep us on our toes. You have experienced it so many times where a simple unplanned walk to the near by park happens to turn into a shower and you're left trying to figure out how to dry them off before sitting in the car or walking down the street soaked.
Take my little one here with jeans and all sticking her beautiful face right into the fountain and not a towel in sight... we were 30 mins away from home too! Sheesh, that one was fun in the uber lol.
Forever Memories
It's been a beautiful journey and Presh Buddies is growing and we're excited about the future of Presh Buddies and the new towels, toys and soaps coming out soon.
